I would Say Try Xolo Play if you Want Quad Core Procy in Indian Brands or Sony Xperia L Is the Best option to consider IMO.
Xolo Phone offer Better Quality As i have used Xolo Q800 Before. But for Around 15k Sony Xperia L is the best option IMO.
