MFD Printer recommendation for 30K

please recommend.
should be good at scanning. for office use.
would like if cartridge/toner is cheap but not the highest priority.
planning to buy it in the amazon sale tomorrow.

Need color printing too. The main use will be scanning and not printing. So need the best scanner
