Max Payne Prob!!

Helloguys.. i got Max Payne frm my frnd and started to play the game in my PC.. the game starts fine and after the first level finishes the game exits out.. it doesnt show any warning or error. but it comes out to the desktop. I hv heard this game is a wonderful game full of cool graphics.

My frnds told tht this game req. high end graphics.

My PC Config is..
P4 2.4 Ghz, Intel 845GVAD2 MB, Onboard graphics and sound card, 256 MB RAM.

Heard abt 3D Analyze. Is it poss a PC with my config can play Max Payne usin 3D Analyze. If yes can u guys tell me wat are the settings to b made in 3D Analyze. TIA

No this is not a configuration problem. I encounter this problem too.
But I encounter this problem in XP and I am able to play game on 98se.
Try game in 98Se.
Also try decrease visual options of game and see.
