Hi, I have the following configuration..

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8 GHz
RAM: 2GB DDR 2 Samsung I can upgrade to + 1GB DDR3
GPU: None will be upgrading to HD 6670 or HD 6770 (1 GB DDR 5)
PSU: 220W (Stock) upgrading to Corsair CX430 v2
Operating System : Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows XP (Dual- Boot)
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master

will Crysis 2 and Mass effect 3 run on my future PC?

Yes both will run on your pc at high details.

No crysis is not available for ps2 it was a pc exclusive game.
