Make MP3 from DVD Videos

I have... 512 Mb of ram... and P4

but... when i even disable all the other services... and try recording th desired songs from DVD... it skips and clicks

I open DVD... and use Adobe Audition to record... is this the problem ?

Any software that can directly... convert the Certain Track or Music Video's audio to Mp3 ?
