well if you can go till 25k you can get Intel Core i3 (2nd Generation) have a look at these ...

Asus X54C SX454D
Samsung NP300E5X

from above two i would suggest go for Samsung laptop.

If you cannot extend your budget i would suggest go for Samsung laptop from your suggested models.
But still increase your budget to 25k and get Samsung NP300E5X. :)
