5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eyeing for ?
AMD CPU/APU based preferably. It should support Windows 7
4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
No specific preference.

- Screen size 12 to 14 should be enough

No specific preference.

- Battery back up normal (3-4hrs)
- Purchase place Online flipkart /snapdeal / amazon / Local shops also fine
- It should support Windows 7
- Even if DVD Drive is not present...should be ok.
- 2GB RAM is ok..however better to have one more RAM slot available for later upgrades.
