LG or ASUS ??

I need a IPS LED Passive 3D Monitor

I am Stuck Between

LG D2343P

&

ASUS VG23AH

i have some Questions:
1.which one will be a good option ?

2. Can the LG D2343P be overclocked to perform in 70+ Hz ?? like the ASUS ?

as far as i know lg D2343P is a good option as its 3d capabilities is pretty decent. It has Intelligent Auto and 2D to 3D conversion that gives a realistic 3d viewing experience. In Asus you can enjoy the content but will be let down by the sound quality because speakers aren't great especially for surround sound and you will find that sounds crackles from the internal speakers when you start increasing volume. So, better to go with lg one if you really want to spent your money on right monitor.

Undoubtedly lg will be better because lg's IPS panel best known for their quality and also lg is on top in passive 3D tv production.
