U get viewsonic 19 inch VA1912W for Rs.8300 and VA1912WB for Rs.9100.
The only difference between these models is that VA1912WB has a DVI port .So consider it if u have a graphics card with DVI out.

All other features are the same:
5ms response time
160 degree viewing angle
and 700:1 dynamic contrast ratio

They have the best value for money
And I have the VA1912WB
