LCD 23" monitor

heyy! im trying to get a 23" LCD monitor with an onboard tv tuner card. my first priority is good movie experience and then gaming. my budget is about 11k. can you suugest me some good models and also temme what are the qualities i should look into....

I think you'll have to increase your budget upto 16k coz according to LG India's Website, 23" LCD Monitor Tv costs 16k.

Samsung doesn't hv lcd monitors with onboard tv tuner facility. Currently only philips & lg has such monitors in Indian market. You can checkout their official websites for more info.
