After switching on the computer it takes about 5 minutes to paractically start the computer
what may be the problem ? Is it due to week internal battery ?
It's a desktop right? Then the only internal battery is on motherboard. If that is outdated, ur BIOS settings will be back to default again & again and u will get a CMOS Checksum Error. But in ur case, it's not a battery problem.
Hope u r using windows, press 'Win + R' and the 'msconfig' in the run dialog box. When a new window opens, click on the startup tab to view the startup programs. Deselect the unwanted programs and continue with restart.
If this time also, ur PC is getting 5 minutes to start, then scan with a good Anti Virus.
Also, check if the HDD is in PIO mode.
