Late Display of PC Monitor

Dear Forum,

I'm facing a serious problem these days.
I have P4 Desktop with Smasung LCD Monitor.
Whenever I start my PC, the monitor power light switch turned on but no display. It will get display after 25-30 mins, and sometimes it will get 1 hour to get display of desktop screen.

Please help me out !!!

Yes, I have a graphics card installed in motherboard.
