Laptop with 4M Cache

One of my friend is looking for a laptop and he have a bit odd kinda requirement. He's looking for a laptop. the processor of which have 4M Cache Memory. I've failed to find such within the stipulated budget. He's interested to increase the budget if necessary, but 4M Cache is a must.

1) What is your budget? (INR or USD)
30k - 40k INR

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
Not Much Preference Here

3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?
Not Sure.

5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
Cache Memory : 4M
RAM : Min. 4GB
OS : DOS / Linux
HDD : Min. 500 GB

4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
Nothing. Open to all. But will prefer Lenevo / Dell

6) Anything else you would like to say?
Cache Memory 4M is a must

L3 cache should be 4M or it can be divided into L2+L3 caches?

If its the latter, any laptop with 4th/5th gen i3/i5 would do. APUs don't have that much cache memory.

The problem is he wants the former option. Else he could easily find a laptop with the latter one.

There are no laptops in India and/or in that budget with a CPU having 4M L3 cache.
