Laptop Vertical Scanlines on Screen

I have a Hp Omen 16-b0080TX (Win 11) and after playing CsGo and watching random youtube stuff . Then my monitor made This vertical Scanlines.

I tried Uninstalling Monitor Drivers and Display Drivers then Restarting (still Didn't Work)

I tried System Restore to 3 Days ago (when i know, no problems and no new Installs or update happened) didn't work

I hooked it up to my TV via HDMI and no Scanlines on the TV.

updated Nvidia and System Drivers to latest (still didn't work)

Changed my Refresh rate (still didn't work)

please help.

Update:

I got it fixed at a HP Service Center (Warranty). so fast and no hassle. And as you guys said, it is a Display Issue. they Replaced it, and test the old one and said it was a factory defect.

Good to know your issue is resolved. How much tme it took though for HP service centre to change your laptop monitor?
