Laptop under 35K

Hello,
Suggest a laptop under 35K

Must:

small , compact , easy to carry.
Dedicated gfx.. 512 MB minimum
4gb ddr3 ram
320gb hdd
i wont mind DOS..

I am thinking of HP Pavilion G6-1209AX. It has AMD Quad core.
The dealer says its equivalent to first gen i7
I am getting it with 8gb ram at 33K

I have basic use on the laptop with some designing work but lots of multitasking.
Good display and battery life matters to me
