Forget about fujitsu if you have after sales support in mind.

Forget about AMD A4/A6 processors when buying laptop now-a-days.

If planning on buying Asus then get it from an authorized reseller as Asus is currently giving 2 yr normal warranty & 2 yr ADP(accidental damage protection) for mere Rs.600.Buying online may or may not get you these benefits. Also you have to confirm whether upgrading is allowed or not under their warranty conditions. If yes then most likely it has to be done at their authorized service centre which again don't cause any issue if laptop is bought from an asus authorized reseller shop.

If online is the only option then at least call asus support first to get clarification on above issues.Same is the case with any other laptop manufacturer.
