Laptop servicing questions

Hi all,

My work laptop is a msi ge63vr 7rf apache pro, its warranty period ends soon.
It has become a little sluggish and cooler boost is not able to keep it cool for long.

I supect that dust is hampering cooler boost function.
My question is does being in warranty period benefit me somehow.

What all services can I avail in warranty.

If any of you have got msi serviced in delhi please let me know how to go about it?

MSI laptop/graphics card RMA in India seems to be not as good as some other brands based on many reddit India threads.You should be able to avail warranty by claiming high temps/increased fan noise so that they may change the thermal paste & cleanup dust etc.
