Laptop internals upgrade

Can anyone suggest me where I can upgrade my laptop's CPU and GPU in Kolkata?? I have a HP DV2910 TX laptop, with Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz and nVidia 8400M GS...

Forget it.
Availability is a big issue even in the states.
You can get a new laptop for the price a new CPU.
