laptop from USA

my bro is coming from usa. i'm planning to get a laptop from there. will it be by any means cheaper if i get one from USA.?
i prefer dell or hp. i'm not much into laptops. my budget is 45k..so guide me plz..
fyi:and i'm not a gaming freak(used to be one but gave up when my desktop didnt support nfs most wanted. )

You can get a decent config for 45k. Customize one on dell's site. But be aware that it may take upto a month for the delivery to a local US address.

thanks for your views.. but which shall i go for.? dell or hp.? and the best config(especially a good graphics card) that would fit my budget.?
