Laptop from US ?

I have to buy a new laptop through my brother coming From US.
I had some queries regarding the purchase.

1. I have a maximum budget of 800$.
2. I need a 2nd Gen i7 (pref 2630QM Processor)
3. Graphics - AMD Radeon HD 6570M / NVIDIA Geforce GT550M or GT540M / Or any in similar category.
4. 15.6" Screen with integrated camera 1366x768.
5. 500 GB - 750GB 7200
6. And a warranty in INDIA for the Laptop.

I have selected some Laptops Like : Lenovo Y560P , Dell XPS 15 , Dell Inspiron 17R.

But Problem with Lenovo is that these people aren't providing warranty for that specific model in INDIA.
Dell people are Providing warranty iff i buy the laptop with 3 yrs warranty. Budget goes out in this case.

So which one should i go for Lenovo or Dell ???

Will it be good enough to buy a Lenovo without Warranty in INDIA ???

very less companies gives international warranty.only apple gives international warranty.
Why don't u just increase you budget and get a Macbook pro,if possible for you then avail the education discount on it,then you will get it only for 1100$ and you will get 100$ extra to spend on apple app store.

I could have gone for apple but my budget is a limitation. i Can maximize it to 850$ nuthin more.. (
