Laptop cooler

Hello,
to all of you.
I want to buy a laptop cooler for the 15.6" laptop.My max budget is Rs.2000. I have choosen two models of laptop coolers that are Cooler Master Laptop Cooler - Notepal Infinite and Cooler Master Laptop Cooler - NotePal Infinite [4 Port USB 2.0 Hub], now please let me know out of these which laptop cooler is better? Actually, I am searching a laptop cooler in which I can adjust the placement of fans and also the speed.Other suggestions are also welcome.Thank you for reading this post.

Why you actually need laptop cooler.. I had tried few but better off without them.. Wht made you to think for cooler ?

I would suggest belkin one or the latest one released by logitech.
