laptop Buying advice

I need a laptop for my studies.
-To run simulation software which will require good graphics and processing speed...
-Need Plenty of storage (750~1000GB)
-Most importantly 4.5-5.5hr Battery backup (without using additional battery).
-RAm-4GB
-Budget-below 45k
-Compromise on Graphic Card likely..
-will opt for Portability and sleek design
