Laptop Buying Advice

HI, friends i am planning on buying a laptop for my educational purposes, i want a good laptop aroung 40K. It is used for programing, multimedia like Photoshop and some little gaming( I mostly play racing games like NFS) and watching movies, what i expect is

1. Capable of playing 720p Videos.
2. Capable of plating games.
3. And Minimum of 2GB RAM.
4. A Dual Core Processor.
5. A good design. etc...
