HP Victus seems very promising even with its 80W RTX 3060:
Buy Victus by HP Ryzen 7 5800H 16.1-inch(40.9 cm) FHD Gaming Laptop (16GB RAM/512GB SSD/6GB RTX 3060 Graphics/Flicker Free Display/144Hz/Win 10/MS Office/Mica Silver/2.48 Kg), 16-e0360AX Online at Low Prices in India - Amazon.in
Not many reviews yet though.

Helios 300 is a safe choice with good thermals for gaming:
acer Predator Helios 300 Octa Core i7 10th Gen - (16 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home/6 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060/144 Hz) PH315-53 Gaming Laptop Rs.149999 Price in India - Buy acer Predator Helios 300 Octa Core i7 10th Gen - (16 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home/6 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060/144 Hz) PH315-53 Gaming Laptop Black Online - acer : Flipkart.com
After the latest BIOS update (1.05 or something), it is possible to undervolt it. Its CPU can run at upto 70W on CPU only load & GPU at 100W. I think another BIOS update will push 3060 to 115-130W, so full power for laptops. Its thermals are good & has a 100% sRGB panel like Victus, which Asus options lack. Helios 300 has just 1 RAM installed, so need to add 2nd stick for dual-channel, get a DDR4 3200MHz one (as there are no 2933 ones & Acer themselves have use 3200 one). I put a -50mV UV on my friend's laptop & limited its CPU power to 45W, is enough for gaming.

Victus supports 2x M.2 SSD for storage whereas Helios 300 supports 1x2.5" (HDD) + 2x M.2 SSD. Both are very powerful laptops, so better use them in a raised position to improve airflow, rather than just keeping it on a table.

R7 5800H is the more powerful CPU but that doesn't help in gaming, in fact, Intel still outperforms AMD in gaming for laptops.
