L7 Airtel Settings????????/

Hi all, my friend is having Motorolla L7 Phone....he activated the per day GPRS internet plan and unable to use the connection. He didn't recieved the setting and dont knoe how to manually set it too. Please if any one knows then please help me out and also how to connect the phone to Laptop via bluetooth for surfing internet.
