One of my friend wants to change his mobo from K8S to some nVidia chipset (nF3 or nF4)......which is better choice?? K8N (nForce 3 250) K8N4-E (nForce 4-4x)...?? Is there any kind of issue in nForce 4-4x chipset??

Is nForce3 250 is better than nForce4-4x...?? Should I recommend my friend K8N instead of K8N4-E....?? What u guys think...??
