Jio net fiber net

i just want to ask
do i need to bring fiber cable till mine room or flat to get jio fiber connection
or no the cable is put at ground floor in building and i dont need to bring
as mine building is more than 20 floors and there is not even space for upto 10 cables to bring to the flat owners

i called jio fiber customer care they dont know anything . they dont know whether i can get dynamic ip address or not as i dont want static ip address
i heard that i need ont device and i dont need fiber cable till mine flat till mine room
like other broadband they need to bring fiber cable to mine flat and till mine room and there they will connect fiber cable on the modem then
is this same for jio

From the router videos I saw, there is an input fibre just like the other FTTH connection. I am assuming that it would need a cable upto your router.
