java on browser

hi friends,
when ever i try to connect to my banks site it says you dont have java in yor enabled in yor browser.....i'm using FF and its enabled in my browser and also i'm using jdk 1.5.2_02 which got jre 1.5.2_02 so can u please tell me wht exactly is the problem. i'm also tryed in a IE but there also i'm not able to connect.

hey one more thing whenever i try to run Opera my system hangs...and its happing with 9.10.

In Firefox, Go to Tools>>Options>>Content>>Check Enable Java and then reload page. It should work If you have installed JRE.

yes i have installed jre my programs(java) working perfectly.
