is this pc set-up worth getting or not?

i am a novice pc builder and am only just learning about components and i was wonder if this is worth the money and i am open to suggestions and upgrades that you think would be better for the money

Corsair 750w cx

Crucial m4 128gb ssd

this is what i have come up with over the last few days for a good build i need this for extreme gaming and recording with fraps and using adobe after effects and Photoshop and i need this to stay as cool and quiet as possible, any help is appreciated
