is this motherboard good?

I want to build a mini htpc for my home theater,to play 1080p blu ray ,some net surfing mainly youtube.
will install windows 7 and xbmc,I was looking for some mini itx motherboard and I found this one in ebay

will this be sufficient for my use?
If not please suggest me a mini itx motherboard.

motherboards don't play movies GPU and CPU does.

I know ,but this is a combo motherboard,please look at the link I posted.

i wont suggest that, as i cant any reviews for the board and the CPU is a low end APU.
