Is this Cpu cooler good?,Need advice

Since i cannot buy the hyper 212 evo because it wont fit in my case i had to choose this :Buy Online Thermalright Cogage TRUE Spirit CPU Cooler in India

is the above menioned cpu cooler good? is it on par with the hyper 212 evo? , will it keep my CPU cool under load?

And will it be compatible with my Fx 8120.( Not over clocked )

My other specs if needed : XFX r9 280x , 4GB corsair vengeance ( soon will add another stick ) , Gigabyte 970a ud3 and cabinet is cooler master k350.

it looks like it is an old cooler. make sure it is compatible with your socket before you buy.
