Is this Anchor Power Strip 4 Way with individual switch worth buying?

What is your opinion about Anchor Power Strip 4 Way with Individual Switch?

It seems to be good with excellent features and I have memories of Anchor as a good electrical manufacturer.

It's a good brand and I've used it before. No issues faced. Bought on 2015.But the recent reviews on Amazon are bad and once you buy it Anchor will call you about 3 to 4 times about product quality which I found to be annoying.

Anyway, My top choice for power strip is Belkin and if you need individual switches then look for Huntkey / Luminous / Eveready.
