Is this a Free Theme?

I am not getting this whether this is Free or not. As Revolution gone open source some days back and their official site don't feature the above theme

I don't think it's free. Since, it's not on there official site and other sites out there seems providing warez link. They might have discontinued it after going Open. Still you can be sure by contacting their officials.

BTW I want to know the theme I mentioned in the first post is not featured at all anywhere. Even their official site don't have any information for immediate above theme. So can someone go for it or it's still right protected?
