I recently borrowed TP-Link TL-WR841N from a friend to share my bsnl fibrenet . The routers is good but it can penetrate after 2 walls in downstairts .(router is in upstair )

That is , speed is reduced 10 times in downstairs (from 5 MB/s to 200 KB/s )

What can I do ?

Is there any wifi routers that penetrate through 3 walls with good signal & speed?

You can use a router downstairs by using a LAN cable from the upstair router. That is the most viable method available. All others are waste of money.

A mesh wi-fi system is needed for houses larger than 1,500 sq feet/multiple storeys
this works better than repeater/extender

position one antenna sideways and see if that helps, usually the waves are cast perpendicular to the direction of the antenna
