Is there any programmable drone available ?

I want to buy a drone that able to support python programming
.
That is I able to program the drone using python tensorflow

That is using the feeded program I able to control the drone moments and also the python program was capable of accessing the sensors and camera

That drone must possess a camera with some standard sensors such as gryoscope sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer and also an infrared sensor if possible

It also support Wi-Fi connection

Is there any suggestions ?

no such ready made drones support direct programming..
All the processing on a drone is done on a Flight Controller (FC). If you plan on doing any complex maneuvers, you should be getting an FPV drone.
Get the parts, assemble your own drone, and maybe modify betaflight firmware to your liking.
Most FCs for FPV drones are Omnibus F4 or its clones. see how to do custom firmware on it.
