Is Nokia C2-06 is good to buy under budget of 6000Rs?

hiii, I am a engg. student name Atul & want to buy a new phone to access Internet, music, Lots of apps & games.
please advice me whether Nokia C2-06 is good phone to buy as i want a touch interface mobile in Nokia brand only.
My budget is approx 6000Rs.

You should look at some android phones in your price range if you are interested in games, apps apart from internet.

Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 is the newest and the best I can suggest.Comes with Android Gingerbread and 3" capacitive touchscreen, Bluetooth, 3G, and Wi-Fi etc. Other features include A-GPS, push email, 832MHz processor etc.

Other phones in this price range are Spice Mi-310 & Karbonn A1. Have a look at the specs.
