Is my memory module a bottleneck???

Guys my laptop has the configuration which is as attached as the cpu-z file. now i want to know that is my bottleneck my memory module??? coz it shows the frequency of 266 Mhz whereas the chipset is capable of 532( Plz correct me if i have understood it wrong). The reason i am asking this is i am planning to upgrade my ram to 2 GB or more but i think removing the existing module and upgrading with both new memory modules with 533 Mhz should be better, thats what i think. Whats the experts opinion.

AFAIK a 266 MHz DDR is runnin at 532

ur mobo had specified the nominal clock speed it supports

for DDR RAMs real clock speed is haf of nominal clock speed..its working at its supported speed. gettin a higher clock speed RAM will only make it run at the supported speed
