friends , i am getting following three items from a friend ,kindly guide me is it worth the value. Intel core i3 2120 + gigabyte h61 motherboard with d-sub port only + adata 2x2gb ddr3 1333mhz ram all @ 7200rs. Remaing parts i will purchase from market. I want to pair this with gtx 660.

Thats and awesome price. MAke sure to test all parts before making the payment. Use Memtest86+ for testing RAM and prime 95 for CPU testing. Inspect the motherboard closely for any damage.
