Guys need to know if Honor 8 pro is worth @ 23500 after exchange & SBI card discount.

Can it support 4g volte or 4g data on both sim slots?
currently have redmi note 4 which is locked to 4g jio sim 1 slot while I just can use 2g network of vodafone in slot 2.
