how to make sure that the laptop you buy there is completely genuine?i heard they can change lappie's original battery,ram,processor..
they give a proper genuine bill with full warranty. prices there are cheaper.what's the catch?

if u buy from a reputed shop then u won't get cheated.
there are many good shops..I prefer primeabgb

generally when u buy from mall u have to buy it with genuine OS (windows 7,windows 8 etc)
but in LT road u have the option to get without OS (u know what I mean)
long back my frnd had bought Lenovo with DOS (and the same model was higher priced in malls but with Genuine OS)

so u will hear the laptop seller guy telling u "Sir...konsa OS daalu genuine or pirated, genuine ka extra charge lagega..."

also in malls they give blah blah accessories whose charges are included in laptop itself
