ipad 2 or motorola xoom

hi everyone need some advice on which tablet to buy
i am thinking of buying the ipad 2 wifi only version
but frankly i dont have much of an idea about tablets, i have a few questions
1.is ipad 2 a good choice or is motorola xoom better
2.are there any other options that come close to these 2 (i am pretty sure there are none)
3. and what about the price to performance ratio of these two

note- i am not too concerned about the camera quality of the device hence xoom having the better camera doesnt matter to me

I would say that it all depends on whether you are in love with Apple Ecosystem or not.

If you are not crazy for apple products and your decision is based on configuration, then XOOM or Galaxy Pad is clear winner here.

could you tell me if there are any issues transferring and using(playing) data such as documents, power presentations , excel sheets, audio and video files with either the ipad 2 or the xoom are there any limitations when it comes to playing any of those files
