Intel dp67Bg problem No Boot

Hi, My config is i5 2400, dp67bg mobo, xms3 1600hz 4GB ram and hd 6870 gfx card.
From, yesterday I am having a problem booting it. It doesn't show any display. Motherboard beeps twice and then pause. The again beeps again and then an indefinite pause, and i have to power off the system. F

I have tried changing the ram in different slots, it didn't help.

I would say they are long beeps, two beeps with a short pause between them, and again two beeps with a short pause between. Motherboard has got error led that shows POST codes, in case of mine, it gets stuck at 5A and starts to beep, after beeping, it goes back to 00 , no beeping then. Googled a bit, error beeps comes closer to Display malfunction. Well, that will be like worst of it.

Does it give same error code/ beep in case of faulty PCIe slot, then I can try installing the card on a different slot? Reinstalling both the RAM and CMOS battery could help?
I got a old spare 9400Gt card and tried to boot with that, but it resulted in same error code 5A.
