Intel 370 motherboard help

I m looking for a good motherboard with following requirements:

- Optical Audio out (S/PDIF)
- 64GB memory
- Good Audio output
- Display Port and HDMI port
- Wifi not mandatory. If available great
- Overclocking not mandatory

Please suggest two motherboards one at budget level and another a little higher.
