I want to buy camera lens for my mobile camera.

I have Gionee Pioneer P3. It has 5MP rear camera. The camera is not suitable to capture photo with a long shot.
1. If I buy a mobile camera lens, will it worth?
2. If yes, then which lens should I buy? (Please provide link to products on online shopping sites if possible.)
3. What things should I consider when buying a camera lens?
4. My budget is around Rs 1,000, is it fine?
I am living in almost natural environment and I want to capture nature photos, like photos of monkeys and birds around my house.

I am mostly interested to buy new, but I won't mind if condition of the old is good and completely usable.

Btw, here is an update:
Now I have bought LG Nexux 5 (2nd hand), and I have put the Gionee phone aside.
And one more I want to know about the lens is:
Will there be optical zoom facility in the lens? If yes, then how much?
