I wanna buy a mobile for 15-20K

hi guys i wanna buy a mobile for 15000 but i can go for 20000 max
OS: android 2.3
brand :samsung,htc (lg if its good)
requirement: internet ,games ,apps,camera

19K for a dual core phone with 8mp Camera is really good.But one thing which bothers is that it is of LG.That is the only thing which stops me from suggesting it to anyone and even I haven't got my hands on this phone so can't say much about it.

So would suggest you to check out Neo V for approx 16k and HTC Desire S for approx 19-21k

don't worry.. that is a killer deal... LG has announced ICS update for it.. that phone is the future.. and there is a good developers support for that phone..
don't go for a single core phone if you are getting 2x for that price..

if the service is an issue , LG has better service than SE
If your brand conscious, then my friend we cant do anything about that
If looks are a concern you can always order sexy skins from ebay!!! though none are available for the neo/neo V(it doesnt need one, bust stillll)
