i ROG updating + keyboard turning pc off

PCs is not starting, am getting this error: i ROG is updating..do not shut down or reset...this keeps on going forever
Here's one strange thing, when I connect or remove my wired keyboard (USB) from CPU after starting the pc, it gets turned off automatically

Maybe your keyboard a button is getting pressed because of some fault? Did you try a different keyboard during startup that may or may not cause this issue?

I don't think this a keyboard issue, maybe some power fluctuation, I have tried a different keyboard but problem persists

Yeah likely a fluctuation to do with your USB port somehow I guess. Get your board RMA'd.
