Do not expect great battery life from gaming laptops but Ryzen 5000 ones provide significantly better battery life than Intel ones. That laptop should last ~4 hrs on light usage, or maybe more.

The one I suggested is a great deal, unless you get a good 1660Ti laptop for under 80k.

Also, your priority between gaming & productivity? You can get even R7 4800H + 1650 laptop in your budget, those will have like 20% CPU performance but like 30-40% lower performance in games due to weaker GPU.
