Some of the games I have seen requires atleast 3.0Ghz as a minimum requirement for a P4 processor, can a C2D E6600 can run those games without OCing it?
No these games will even run on a e6300.splinter cell double agent runs on my athlon xp 2400+ cpu while it requires a 3.0ghz cpu.It's the performance that matters not the cpu frequency.
