HTC 3452 not supported by A.Tel/V.fone???

I have decided to purchase a HTC touch 3452; however, I was just browsing the A.Tel & V.Fone sites for the rates. To my surprise, the compatable handsets mentioned in their sites do not feature HTC touch.

Does that mean, that if I get a "Touch", & opt for V.Fone/ A.Tel, I will not be able to check my e- mails from the device???

Secondly, can I send / receive via gmail with A.Tel/ V/Fone??

Please help.

Yes and Yes. You can use it on any network as long as it is not locked (if you buy from India, I am pretty sure it wont be locked)

Get a data plan and install Seven push e-mail on your Elfin. It works with Gmail, Y!, Hotmail & corporate mail.

Data plans from Airtel (from experience) and Vodafone both will work on HTC Touch. Nothing to worry about.

^^^ I can confirm that as my dad uses 3542 with an Airtel connection.

Can some one please guide me with the pre -paid plans of V.Fone/ A.Tel. My function of the PDA will be check mails only & not to surf the net.
