My hp x705w stopped working, so i searched and found a hp pendrive service center in Chandigarh, i.e, Fortune Marketing Pvt Ltd. Called them regarding the issue and they asked to send them the faulty pendrive. Sent it to them on 16-10-2014 and received a replacement today, i.e, 21-10-2014. Had a good experience.

I was getting a bit skeptical about HP mouse / PDs regarding after sales support. But now that I've read your post I think I can safely buy HP products.
